Domestic Shipping (UK):
Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the sameday subject
to our stock and the delivery option you choose. Products
available for shipping are shown as 'In Stock'. The main shipping
choices available during the final stage of our shopping cart
checkout are:
1. 1st Class - Recorded Mail -[£3.95] No Tracking Available,
can take up to 10 days at busy times of the year.
2. Special Delivery - Royal Mail - [£7.00] Next Day
Service Monday to Friday, 'may' deliver to residential addresses
on a Saturday
3. Citylink Courier* - Next Day - [£6.50] inc. Insurance
4. International - [2-4 days] - Service via express courier,
[USA - from $26], other countries are shown below.
* Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the
parcel at the delivery address. You may provide a work address
if you wish during the checkout process. City-link will only
make ONE delivery attempt, if nobody is available at the address,
they will leave a card and expect you to contact them, they
cannot leave with a neighbour unless you pre-arrange this
with us. A redelivery will cost £3.00 and a change of
address will be £6.50, you may also collect from their
depot. If the shipment is not collected after 4 days they
will return it back to us, re-deliveries will be chargeable.
USA orders:
Must be received before 11.00am to be despatched on the same
day (note: £1 is approx $1.71, see here
for latest exchange rates)
Citylink and Special Delivery are the fastest services. The
delivery to the UK is a 1-2 day service (subject to stock)
when choosing these methods. We cannot 'guarantee' a nextday
service, though often it will arrive nextday (except during
Christmas). Please make your choice on the checkout page of
our shopping cart. Parcels weighing over 1kg in weight will
automatically be sent using Carrier nextday service from day
of despatch unless otherwise specified. Most orders placed
before 12 Noon are usually be despatched sameday but we cannot
guarantee this. Orders placed late Friday afternoon or on
a weekend, will not be sent until the following Monday or
Tuesday. Should you wish to have a Saturday Delivery, there
is an additional charge, see below table. .
Please Note: These rates are for most items. We reserve
the right to adjust charges to reflect the additional cost
of shipping items of greater than average weight (such as
bulk orders). Shipping & Handling is based on weight of the
Order using the following schedule (all prices in GBP and

are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. International
Shipping costs are approximate and will need manual adjustment
by our staff for multiple mask orders.
Please note, a single mask is usually less than 0.6kg
in weight.

Insurance
All CityLink parcels are insured for £13,000 by default. Special
Delivery is insured for up to £250. Recorded Delivery
Items are insured up to £20. This cover does not protect
against consequential or commercial loss but does cover against
damage or parcel misplacements. Thankfully, a VERY rare occurrance.
A Saturday delivery (UK Only) is available but at extra £13.45
inc VAT, please indicate this in the comments section of the
checkout form and we will advise you of the additional cost
by phone or email.
We use City Link for UK Mainland, Special Delivery for Northern
Ireland, Channel islands and Royal Mail for the Irish Republic,
and deliveries will take longer (3 - 5 days).
All Prices are listed with and without VAT
Prices are listed exclusive of VAT but for the UK and European
Union and will be subject to VAT @ 17.5%, this will be seen
in Red writing in brackets below the vat exclusive price.
Countries OUTSIDE of these areas will NOT be charged VAT but
WILL incurr local customs and excise charges upon delivery.
Please ensure that you log-in to see the correct Tax position
for your country and status.
Companies who are within Europe and are VAT Registered, will
NOT be charged VAT provided they supply their VAT number on
the Checkout form. Customers in the Channel Islands are exempt
from VAT charges.
The standard delivery is for packages up to 5kg, Larger packages
are charged additionally pro-rata/kg. You can track your delivery
by clicking the 'Tracking' link. Insurance (loss & damage
except consequential) is available only for UK orders at an
additional cost.
Warranty and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, we guarantee all
the items we sell for a period of 12 months from sale against
defect and failure to perform. Items which do fail to perform
within the warranty period, will at our discretion, be repaired
or replaced free of charge. If you wish to have return your
mask for a refund, it must not have been used for an event
and must be returned in the condition you received it. Any
refunds which are authorised will not include the shipping
part of the invoice.

Within 30 days
If within 30 days you are not happy with the item and have
received assistance and the problem persists, then dependent
on the analysis, you can choose to have either replace the
item or provide a refund (except for original delivery charges).
If the part is wrongly ordered and you are returning it, please
ensure that you return it in the original packaging, and that
it is in a re-sellable condition. We will refund you the cost
within 2 days of receiving your item back. Items MUST be returned
in the condition they were sold in.
After 30 days and Specially Ordered Products
If you are returning an item which is not faulty, after 30
days of purchase or are returning stock which has been specially
ordered on your behalf (not normally in our product catalogue),
then we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 30%
which will be subtracted from your refund or credit note upon
receipt of the goods. Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Items MUST be returned in the condition they were sold in.
Unused goods older than 3-months cannot be returned for a
credit.
Back-Orders Policy
If we are unable to ship all the goods due to an item being
out of stock, we will ship the short items free of charge
once they have arrived in stock.
Overseas Shipping:
DHL and UPS are used for overseas shipping. Please allow a
few days for delivery. Contact us for large order quotations,
etc.
Customs Information
Customs forms for all international packages list the value
of your order's contents as well as a description of the items.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches
your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must
be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely
from country to country; you may want to contact your local
customs office for further information.
